[meanwhile…] At least 58 municipalities in Chiapas have declared themselves part of the civil resistance and are refusing to pay their electricity bills until electricity prices are dropped and supply restored to all those cut off, according to PRD deputy Jose Juan Ulloa. At least 200 communities have reconnected themselves.
